Naan Sigappu Manithan (1985 film)

Naan Sigappu Manithan English I am a Red Man is a 1985 Tamil film directed by S.A. Chandrasekhar. The film stars Rajinikanth, Sathyaraj, Bhagyaraj, Ambika in lead roles with music by Ilaiyaraja. This film was a remake a Hindi film as by B.R. Chopra as Aaj Ki Awaaz 1984. Rajinikanth made a guest appearance of Telegu film as Nyayam Mere Cheppalli 1985. It was also remade in Kannada as Mahatma starring Saikumar in the role of the professor and V. Ravichandran in the role of comical investigative officer. The movie has borrowed the plot elements from the 1972 novel Death Wish and its 1974 Hollywood adaptation Death Wish.
